Gave this company a call to try and set up an appointment to light my pilot. I was blown away by their customer service. Granted I called a few times to get a hold of them but once I did the guy guided me on how to light the pilot over the phone then he explained how even though he did that and help solve the problem that it still made sense to have the technicians come and inspect it for safety concerns. They also give it a bit of a tune-up so to speak. I agree and I'm glad I did because the technician showed me with a liquid where it was bubbling out a small amount of gas from where the pilot had plugged into the valve underneath. Even though it was a small amount of gas who the heck wants Gas building up like that? I am so glad I called them and that they found that leak. So even if you think your gas fireplace is working fine it might not be safe get the thing checked out once a year it's not going to kill you to have it checked out it may kill you to not have it checked out think about it. Be smart

Brogan's Gas Fireplace Repair Virginia seriously helped me when I was in a bind. the sale of my house was hinging on this fireplace and even though the schedule was full they let us in. We had used them once before but when it comes to appliances, we usually don't fix them until they break. I know how that sounds but it works for us

Brogan's is a great company. Been around Hampton Roads Virginia (now people are calling it coastal Virginia) for several years. If you want gas inserts installed, they got you. If you want a gas insert repaired or a gas fireplace repaired - not replaced (they do that too though. My point is you're not pressured into unnecessarily replacing something that can easily be fixed they seem to like to fix things. As in I mean they enjoy it it seems. Perhaps even pride themselves on it. I like that in a company, what do you call it?... honesty? Oh yeah that's right, I forgot that was possible

Great service Company for gas, and the only reputable company that specializes in Gas Logs and Gas Fireplace Service, in Hampton Roads and Coastal Virginia.Our Original technician scheduled from Brogan's Gas Fireplace, was unable to make it. He and the Company called to let us know that a different Tech would be coming but after the start time of the window, and then called when on route just as he said.Just wanted to say thank you and that I appreciated the above and beyond service. On February 3rd this company came to my house to work on my gas fire place.The technician that worked on my fireplace advised me that he needed a part and someone would call or email me in a day or two. I’m still waiting for that call. I have called them 8 times since February 3. I have talked to someone (who identified themselves as the owner) twice with the promise “I’ll call you back”. I continue to call and all I get is the voicemail with NO return phone call or email.4.20.22 Update -Yesterday I received a phone call from the owner Dave . He apologized for the breakdown in communication that caused a delay in the repair.Today, Dave himself came out and replaced the part without any additional cost. He was pleasant and efficient. I will be calling them back this fall to have it serviced before winter.Thank you

I knew my fireplace didn't need replacing. I was told that by the first company I called. It seemed odd that the determination was made within 5 minutes of entering my home. I will never call a chimney sweep or any other company for that matter, to service my Gas Fireplace unit,I actually sat with the technician the entire time. He did not seem to mind at all. We laughed about how i called the wrong industry and how many people probably don't know to Call. This was for a PICRA, because my fireplace failed the home inspection and we have a closing for a home sale coming right up. we waited until the last minute, but thankfully Brogan's Gas Fireplace Came through for us. Way to go you guys

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Brogan's gas fireplace. They were quick to come out, and the follow-up was amazing. We needed a part put in so that it would actually work, which did take a return trip, because the part was not a common part. As soon as the part came in they called us and scheduled uninstall which did not cost any more in labor just the price to part which was awesome! We are so glad they did not try to sell us a new unit like the last company that we called did without even showing up. Thank you so much we will be using you every year. I know our dog will be very happy to see you LOL

UPDATE: I appreciate the Owner getting involved in my previous problem. I always say, "Problems will happen, but it matters how it is handled and solved". I'm happy to say the Owner himself contacted me to research my issue. He then found the part and personally installed it this morning. I now have my fireplace working again and will use them again if needed. Therefore, I am upgrading my rating

Oh where to start. First I can not attest to any of their work due to the fact they never showed up!!! I use reviews when looking for companies to do work for me based on the reviews I chose Brogan. Major mistake!!! After 3 calls I finally got someone to set up an appointment for serving my gas logs it was 2 weeks away but it was an appointment. The night before I received a text reminding me that the service technician would arrive between 1 pm and 5 pm so I cleared my schedule and waited. No one arrived or called at 4:50 pm I called the company and no one answered or called back for the next 2 days I attempted to contact them via phone, text and email. Finally at 5:45 PM I received a call back saying that there had been a staffing problem and the technician that would service my logs would contact me to set the new appointment soon. Another 48 hours passes and I get a call and was told he would call me the next day with the appointment time.I have yet heard d back from anyone in the company after leaving several messages. Do yourself a favor DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!
